 Pre-Visit Experience

If this is your first contact with me, welcome! Once you look around my page for a bit and decide that you would like to work together to achieve your best hair ever, you will be directed to my booking page where you will be able to set up either a consultation or your first appointment!

After you're scheduled, you will receive a couple of emails including:

-info about your upcoming appointment like what you'll need to do to prepare for your service and what to do/expect on the day of you appointment

-digital consultation form that will give me more information about you and your hair's history so I can be prepared to deliver the best results during your scheduled appointment

The Consultation

This will be your time to ask all of your questions, fill me in on any past experiences (good or less than ideal) and talk about your immediate and long term goals.We will have either a complimentary  phone or virtual (video) consultation or an in person consultation before your extensions experience.

The Experience

While I aim to make every appointment relaxing and customized to your liking, your first will be an experience you won't soon forget. You'll enjoy a more private, quiet setting than a customary salon offers, with ambient options not commonplace in many salons. I will take care of you and your hair, even if you aren't exactly sure what you need yet!​

After Goodbye

Please be on the lookout for an email from me in the days after your first visit. I like to check in to see how you are feeling about your new style and/or color. I want to reassure you that your happiness is my goal, and I always appreciate your honesty about what you love or don't love about what we've done. The email will also include any product or styling recommendations that we talked about, links for easy online purchase options and a link to all of my services I offer with suggestions on what to book next.​

I aim for every client's happiness, every time, so please let me know if I've missed the mark at all.
